When do you ship?
We ship Monday through Friday and an occasional Saturday. We ship *most items within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Sometimes, it could possibly take up to 5 business days before shipping (after receiving cleared payment). This can occurs with candles; for the most part because we make them once it has been ordered. We do this in order to provide you the freshest product possible. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order or 2 - 4 weeks to manufacture and ship orders larger than 50 pieces.

We use the USPS for all of our shipping needs.
What about shipping in the summer?
We are not responsible for candles shipped during the hot summer months, this is not covered by shipping insurance.
We have yet to have an issue, but want to give you a heads up that some candles will sweat in the heat. We will always try to ship all orders at the begining of the week so that they do not sit around in a warehouse or on a truck over the weekend. Despite sweating, the candle will still burn and be functional.

Cancellations
An order may be canceled within 24 hours PROVIDED that the item has not been shipped. Once an item is shipped, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you do need to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected]. Also please note that a 5% fee (of the total order) will be charged if cancellation occurs after payment. {We charge this fee because we are a very small home based business and it costs us to make AND receive payments. Even using Paypal.}
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our goal, if you are not happy with your order please contact us within 3 days so that we may work out a mutually fair resolution. We will do our best to make you a satisfied customer!
